LIABILITY OF LIFT CONTRACTOR
Any person injured due to negligent maintenance may sue the lift contractor directly under the general law of tort of negligence for all injuries, loss and damage suffered.
Owner/MCST may also sue the lift contractor for breach of the lift maintenance contract
