(1) Buildings & Common Property (Maintenance & Management) Rules

SECTION 5(1)

The OWNER of any lift in a building shall

ensure that :

(a) the lift is kept in a clean and proper working condition at all times; and


(b) the lift is under periodic maintenance and examination in accordance with the requirements specified in the First Schedule.
